Moshe Weiler

Moshe Weiler, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer and Senior Researcher at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, having served in this capacity since 1999. They are also a Senior Lecturer at Tel Aviv University, Bar-Ilan University, and Cornell Tech. As the founder of INCOSE_IL in 1997 and an INCOSE_IL Fellow since 2019, Moshe chairs Complex Systems Working Groups focused on Architecture, RSKM, and V&V. Moshe holds a PhD in Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California, alongside an MBA and MSc from Tel Aviv University and a BSc from the Technion.
