Olga Shalev

Olga Shalev is a Division Manager of Analysis and Automated Production Technologies of Composites, focusing on composites development including materials research, analysis, and manufacturing. Currently a lecturer in Composite Materials Engineering at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, they teach students about design, properties, and manufacturing techniques of composite components. Olga previously led a group in the Defense sector, specializing in composite materials analysis and manufacturing. They earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan, where their research on Organic Vapor Jet Printing advanced the field of small molecular materials. Prior to that, they completed an MSc and a BSc at the Technion, both with honors.
