Ronit Dagan

Ronit Dagan is an organizational and occupational psychologist with over 20 years of experience in human resources management, specializing in areas such as recruitment, organizational development, and training. Their career includes roles such as Director of Recruitment and Human Resources at SRL, and Director of Recruitment and Classification in the IDF's Technological College. Currently, Ronit serves as the Chief of Staff in the Innovation and Industry Relations Office at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they drive strategies for innovation and collaboration. Ronit holds a B.A. in Psychology and Educational Counseling from Tel Aviv University and an M.Sc. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Technion.
