Rony Dayan

Rony Dayan is currently a Senior Research Fellow at the FIRS2T Research Group for Future Insight Research Security, Society and Technology, where they lead interdisciplinary research on knowledge and information use in organizations. With extensive experience in R&D and Knowledge Management at Israel Aerospace Industries, Rony has held various leadership roles including Chief Knowledge Officer and Director General of the Israel National Council for Research and Development. They have shared their expertise as a lecturer on Knowledge Management at Technion and Ben Gurion University. Rony holds a PhD in Knowledge Management from Cranfield University, along with a BSc and MSc in Electronics Engineering. As the President of KnowAndManage Ltd., they facilitate Knowledge and Change Management for organizations aiming to enhance their competitive advantage.
