Semion Zhutovsky

Semion Zhutovsky is an Associate Professor at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, specializing in civil engineering with a focus on construction and building materials. They have extensive research experience in cementitious materials, high-performance concrete, and durability, alongside expertise in internal curing of concrete. Zhutovsky's previous roles include being a Lyon Sachs Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Toronto and a Project Manager at the Israel Navy Building Center. Zhutovsky also served as Head of the Laboratory of Alternative Binders, with ongoing contributions to the field of concrete structure design and durability. They earned their degree from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 2007 and 2013.
