Yair Glick, Ph.D., is currently the Director of the Carasso FoodTech Innovation Center at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. With over a decade of experience in pioneering startups such as Aleph Farms and SpacePharma, Yair has demonstrated expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams and driving projects from concept to pre-clinical validation. Yair earned a PhD in Microfluidics, Virology, Biochemistry, and Nanotechnology from Bar-Ilan University, along with an MSc in Biology and a BA in Biotechnology. Throughout Yair's career, they have built global partnerships and secured millions in funding while advocating for innovation in food and biotech sectors.
