Yoav Shechtman

Yoav Shechtman is a Professor in Biomedical Engineering and Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they also served as an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. Yoav completed a PhD at Technion, followed by a postdoctoral position at Stanford University. They have held various roles in the industry, including Full Chip Design at Intel and Electro-Optic Engineer at Elbit. Currently, Yoav is a Harrington Faculty Fellow at The University of Texas at Austin and has been a member of the Scientific Advisory Board at Sartorius from 2019 to 2023.
