Yuval Shoham currently serves as the Head of Resugar R&D at Resugar (Glacier FoodTech) since February 2021. In addition, Yuval has been a Professor at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology since February 1988. Yuval obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where studies were completed between 1983 and 1987.
