Robert Post is an experienced professional in human resource management systems and payroll solutions, currently serving as Product Owner for Payroll, Absence, Time & Attendance at Technip Energies since July 2021. Prior to this role, Robert held several leadership positions, including Chief of Payroll and HR ERP Systems at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) from May 2016 to July 2021 and Program Manager at the United Nations - IAEA from August 2014 to 2016. Robert's extensive background includes roles as Delivery Manager for Oracle HCM and Payroll Solutions at multiple organizations, as well as implementing Oracle HCM Solutions at Air Traffic Control the Netherlands and CBS Central Bureau of Statistics. Robert began a career in HRMS as Team Lead with Qantas Airways, overseeing AsiaPac’s largest HCM implementation project, and holds a degree from HES Amsterdam Business School.
