Buster Brown

Buster (Martin) Brown, PE, is a recently retired civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Buster has held significant roles, including Project Director at Technip, where responsibilities included overseeing modular construction for a USGC Ethylene project. Previous positions include Project Manager and Director of Operations at KBR, Inc., where Buster played a pivotal role in the Startup and Integration Project of KBR-AMCDE in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Buster's career also involved leadership as Department Manager for Onshore Civil/Architecture at KBR, managing a team that grew to 125 people, and serving as Senior Project Engineering Manager for substantial projects such as the Shell Pearl GTL and Q-Chem Ethylene Project. Buster holds a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from Rice University, obtained between 1977 and 1981.
