Lorraine Kent is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate transactions and legal support within the engineering and procurement sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Attorney at Technip since February 2005, Lorraine Kent provides legal counsel to engineering, procurement, and technology teams. Prior to this role, Lorraine Kent held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Technip Stone & Webster Process Technology, Inc. From January 2005 to August 2012, Lorraine Kent worked as a Senior Attorney at The Shaw Group, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating various contracts to support global business initiatives. Lorraine Kent earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in International Law and Legal Studies from South Texas College of Law Houston, complemented by a summer program at the University of Cambridge, and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Economics from the University of Detroit Mercy.
