Nigel Hope is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the maritime training sector. Currently serving as the Director of Maritime Training at Trinity House since February 2019 and concurrently holding the same title at The Corporation of Trinity House since November 2015, Nigel Hope brings a wealth of knowledge to these positions. Additionally, Nigel Hope has been with Technip UK since 1996, where responsibilities have included Group Fleet Security & ER Director, DPA & CSO, as well as Group Security & ER Manager. Prior service includes a distinguished military career as a Captain in the Royal Navy Reserve from 1971 to April 2005. Nigel Hope's education includes a Master Mariners Certificate in Maritime Studies from Warsash Maritime Academy, complemented by an early education at Monkton House School for Boys.
