Normala Abdullah

Normala Abdullah has extensive experience in recruitment and site staffing, beginning their career at OGP Technical Services Sdn Bhd as a Confidential / Admin Support from 2001 to 2004. Subsequently, Normala worked as a Recruiter at Petro Search from 2005 to 2006. Since July 2006, Normala has held various roles at Technip, which later became TechnipFMC, serving as Senior Executive in Recruitment and now as Site Staffing Coordinator at Technip Energies. This role encompasses supporting multiple projects, focusing on the recruitment and onboarding of construction site personnel within the Construction Hub APAC KL. Normala holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from the International Islamic University Malaysia.
