Simon Xu

Simon Xu possesses extensive experience in the field of chemical engineering, particularly in mass transfer and separation systems. Currently serving as Manager at Technip USA since January 2013, Simon has previously held significant roles at CH2M HILL as a Process Engineer and at The Shaw Group in Engineering and Construction. Simon also contributed as a member of the Board of Directors at Fractionation Research Inc. between 2007 and 2011 and held leadership positions at Koch Industries, functioning as Director, Technical Manager, and Principal Engineer within the Tru-Tec Division. Furthermore, from 1988 to 1995, Simon served as Director and Associate Professor in the Chemical Engineering Division at China University of Petroleum in Beijing. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering focused on Petroleum Processing and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering specializing in Oil Refining, both from China University of Petroleum.
