Paloma Olvera is an accomplished professional with a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in International Business from UANL. With extensive experience at Techniplas since November 2013, Paloma has held the roles of Materials Manager and Planning & Customer Service Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as a planner/buyer at Acuity Brands Lighting from 2004 to 2012, where responsibilities included material procurement, production planning with visual management, implementation of knowledge-based systems, kaizen leadership focused on materials, direct communication with agents to ensure production and order delivery, and inventory management and control.
