Ralph Lauer

Ralph Lauer currently serves as the Director of Operational Excellence International at Techniplas since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ralph held the position of Head of Group Operational Excellence at Oerlikon from January 2020 to January 2023, and served as Manager of Operational Excellence & Production Systems at Joyson Group from January 2018 to January 2020. Ralph's earlier experience includes working as a Master Black Belt Six Sigma at SGL Carbon from January 2010 to December 2017, and as Quality Manager/Manager OPEX at Casco Products from March 2001 to December 2009. Ralph's educational background includes a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma & Lean from SBTI San Marcos, TX, obtained in 2004, alongside a degree in Dipl. Ing. Physik and a Maschinenbau Techniker from Frankfurt, with studies ongoing since 1989 and 2001, respectively.
