Ayon Shahed has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in engineering, community development, and strategic leadership. Early roles included positions as a Research Assistant at Queen's University Solar Calorimetry Laboratory and a Submissions/Indexing Coordinating Assistant for the International Journal for Service Learning In Engineering. Ayon's career progressed with leadership roles such as Director of Strategic Development and Acting Executive Director at Choices for Youth, and National Manager for Engineers Without Borders Canada.
