Matthew Ibarra is a Senior Software Engineer at Techno-Sciences since March 2015, where significant contributions include the design and implementation of full stack components for the MCCNet search and rescue software utilized by Mission Control Centers. Key achievements involve the development of critical user interface elements using JavaFX and CSS to enhance data visibility and operational responsiveness. Prior to this role, Matthew served as an Information Security Analyst at the Department of Defense from May 2013 to March 2015, leading C# software development projects and utilizing Agile methodologies. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech between 2007 and 2013.
