Shrenik Shah

Shrenik Shah is an experienced Global Support Engineer at Techno-Sciences since January 2021, with a background in technical roles at Infosys as a Technical Process Specialist from December 2015 to November 2020, and Ericsson Global India Service Pvt. Ltd. as a Fault Management Switch Engineer and Network Engineer from April 2013 to December 2015. Shrenik has expertise in SS7 and SIP protocols within TDM and IP networks, providing technical support and coordinating with global carriers on the Next Generation Network (NGN) platform. Shrenik began the career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Reliance Communication from August 2012 to April 2013, after earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Telecommunication from Mumbai University between 2009 and 2012.
