Adrien Pagliari

Adrien Pagliari is an experienced project engineer specializing in research and development at Technoflex since January 2022. Previously, Adrien held a research and development internship at Arkema, where responsibilities included evaluating the relationships between formulation, rheology, microstructure, and mechanical properties of core-shell additives in thermoplastic resins, conducting market studies, compounding and injecting additives, and performing mechanical and rheological characterization. Additionally, internships at Dickson PTL involved quality laboratory work, including production control and updating internal procedures, while experiences at the École normale supérieure de Lyon and CNRS focused on sediment analysis and research in material resistance, respectively. Adrien holds an engineering degree in Chemistry and Plastics from ITECH Lyon, a diploma in Polymer Chemistry from UPC School, and a DUT in Chemistry from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
