Viola Sauer

Viola Sauer is currently the Manager of the Technoform Competence Center, where they lead initiatives in research and development. Prior to this role, Viola served as the Head of the Sub-Department of Functional Integration at Universität Kassel from 2013 to 2017, overseeing scientific development and project management in polymer technology. They began their career as an apprentice in quality assurance and project management at Kautex Textron in 2008. Viola holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Polymer Technology from Universität Kassel, where they also obtained their Diplom-Ingenieur degree from Universität Paderborn.
