As the founder and CEO, Lax Chepuri is in command of corporate direction and strategy for the company’s global operations. He brings exemplary leadership and expertise into enterprise quality initiatives having worked with industry leaders such as AT&T, Verizon, Time Warner (AOL), and FannieMae.

He also co-founded FocalCXM with the unique value proposition of CXM consulting services and CRM products combined to help commercial clients improve their sales, productivity, and customer experiences. As an angel investor and a board member for various start-ups in India and USA, he mentors budding entrepreneurs, helping steer their business vision and strategy in the right direction.

He has postgraduate degrees in Business Administration and Management Information Systems. A man of many interests and passions, he has completed five Marine Core full marathons, is deeply engaged in social work as a board member for non-profit and charity organizations in Greater Washington DC, USA.
