Giovanni Simoni

Giovanni Simoni, MBA, MS(Eng.), is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations management and business transformation across various industries. Currently serving as the Subsidiaries Operations Director at Technogym since May 2021, Giovanni oversees Country Managers and subsidiary operations for 14 legal entities, emphasizing EBIT and FCF growth through operational excellence. Previously, Giovanni held key leadership positions including Managing Director for Stannah and Managing Director Europe, responsible for a €90M P&L and 360 staff across nine countries. At The Alumasc Group, Giovanni achieved significant revenue and profit growth while managing international expansion and business transformation initiatives. Giovanni's earlier roles include Managing Director at Danaher and General Manager at Honeywell Buildings, where notable accomplishments were made in profit growth, market share expansion, and contract wins.
