Jusuf Kika is an accomplished sports professional with extensive experience in management, coaching, and sports promotion. Currently serving as Club Manager and Head Coach at Be All Padel Center and as Secretary General of the Kosovo Padel Federation, Jusuf has played a crucial role in founding and establishing the Federation, organizing national competitions, and promoting padel. Previously, Jusuf held managerial positions at Inditex and The Olive Tree Restaurant, as well as coaching roles in football. Educated with two Bachelor's degrees in Sports Studies from AAB College, Jusuf also has experience in outdoor exploration as a former co-founder of Explore Kosovo. Recently appointed as Managing Director at Technogym, Jusuf continues to contribute to the sports industry at multiple levels.
