Patrick Frost has extensive experience in the fitness industry, currently serving as a Talent Trainer at Technogym since June 2021 and as the Head Coach and owner of FrostFitTraining since September 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Master Trainer at Nike from May 2015 to September 2020 and at Barry's Bootcamp from July 2011 to June 2019, where Patrick specialized in group fitness instruction. Additionally, Patrick worked as a Fitness Model for Wilhelmina Models in 2013-2014. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Middle Georgia State University, along with training at the American Academy of Personal Training from 2011 to 2012.
