Rossy Paratore

Rossy Paratore is an Internal Communication Specialist at Technogym since September 2021, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and promoting an inclusive culture through strategic initiatives and internal communications. Prior to this role, Rossy served as an Intern in the Digital R&D Department at Technogym and gained experience as an External Marketing Communication Consultant at Molino Paolo Mariani, where responsibilities included brand messaging, content creation, and event management. Earlier experience includes working as a Receptionist and event coordinator at Big Easy Canary Wharf. Rossy holds a Master's degree in Marketing Communications from Birkbeck, University of London, a Bachelor's degree in Linguistic and Intercultural mediation from the San Pellegrino Foundation, and a Short course in Digital Marketing from the University of Westminster.
