Shelley Lyons

Shelley Lyons is an accomplished marketing and account management professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as Key Account Manager for Hospitality & Residential at Technogym since June 2025, Shelley previously held the position of Senior Director of Client Services at BlackSquare Inc., where leadership of a global team focused on customer experience and revenue growth was paramount. In earlier roles, Shelley was instrumental in developing marketing strategies for luxury hotels at Marriott International, managing e-commerce and SaaS account management teams at BlackSquare, and overseeing marketing initiatives at PK Beans and OPUS Vancouver.
