Vincenzo Giannelli

Graduated cum laude in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan in 1988, he then also obtained a Master in Corporate Tax Law.

After a first professional experience from 1989 to 1994 at Italtel and with international and with international offices at Italtel-Siemens over the next three years, in 1998 he became Group Controller and, subsequently, Chief Financial Officer of Manuli Rubber Group, at that time listed at the Milan Stock Exchange. In 2001 he joined Fiat Auto, gradually taking on tasks and holding positions of greater responsibility, holding the position of Chief Information Officer from January 2005 to February 2007. From April 2007 to August 2009, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Fiat Powertrain Technologies. From September 2009 to August 2010, Chief Financial Officer of Fiat Group Automobiles. From September 2010 to December 2014, he worked at the Safilo Group as Chief Financial Officer with global responsibility for all corporate business support functions. From January 2015 to January 2019, he was Chief Executive Officer at Iveco Defence Vehicles (a company of the CNH Industrial Group) and, at the same time, President of Consorzio Iveco – Oto Melara. After the provision of strategic consultancy services in the field of Digital Transformation, since January 2020 he is Corporate General Manager of Techedge S.p.A., an company listed in the stock exchange market managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
