Troy Kaser is a digital product, design and engineering leader with extensive experience in the travel industry. They lead diverse, multi-discipline, geographically distributed teams and build collaborative partnerships to design and deliver strategic initiatives. They previously served as Alaska Airlines' Managing Director of e-commerce (2016–2020), where they led a cross-functional team of about 140 and delivered digital experiences that increased annual revenue by more than $100 million. They have held senior product leadership roles at Expedia and F5 and currently serve as Board Chair of The Technology Alliance (2024–Present), after serving as a Board Member (2017–2024).
