Melissa Cutcher

Melissa Cutcher is an experienced executive in the field of business development and management. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Technology First since February 2020, Melissa previously held the position of Chief Business Officer at the Better Business Bureau - Dayton & Miami Valley from January 2019 to February 2020, after a lengthy tenure in various roles at the same organization from October 2006 to February 2020, including VP of Business Relations. Earlier in the career, Melissa was the Customer Service Manager at Perma-Fix Environmental Services from August 2001 to October 2006. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Bluffton University and an Associate’s degree in Science from Edison State Community College.
