Von Jackson

Von Jackson is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in managed services, professional services engineering, and client support. Currently serving as Managed Services Operations Manager at Technology Integration Group since April 2021, Von has developed standard operating procedures for a national team and implemented critical technology tools. As a Co-Founder of Marcoby since March 2019, Von contributes to strategic company initiatives. Previous roles include Professional Services Engineer at Accent Computer Solutions, Inc., where project implementation plans were developed, and Associate System Engineer at VPLS Inc., overseeing service enterprise customers and automation processes. Early career positions included help desk roles at Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. and customer service at Office Depot.
