Technology Law Group was founded in 1995 by experienced telecom attorneys and telecom counsel to meet the distinctive transactional, litigation, regulatory and intellectual property (copyright and trademark) issues faced by growing telecommunications and technology companies.  

Technology Law Group has represented many of the nation’s largest carriers/resellers of domestic and international switched, dedicated and Internet-based telecommunications services, master agents and agents, payphone service providers, prepaid service/calling card providers, wireless/cellular/mobile service providers, conference call providers, VoIP service companies, social network service providers, voice-to-text service providers, toll free number providers, telecom expense management (TEM) service providers, the nation’s largest telecommunications management company, multimedia companies, software companies, and numerous other companies involved in leading edge technology applications.  We have negotiated and drafted hundreds of carrier and agency agreements, including agreements with every major telecommunications carrier.  We have also successfully litigated complex telecommunications cases against each of the major long distance carriers and most of the former Regional Bell Operating Companies in proceedings in state and federal courts and regulatory agencies across the country, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and JAMS/Endispute.
