Joy Combs is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational development and employee relations. Currently serving as HR Director at Technology Resource Group since June 2018, Joy previously held the position of Corporate HR Manager at Credit Acceptance from April 2014 to May 2018, where collaboration with business leaders to enhance organizational capabilities and culture was a focus. Joy's career also includes a role as Human Resources Manager at Aditya Birla Minacs from September 1998 to April 2014, leading a team to support over 600 employees and ensure legal compliance. Joy holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Administration from Central Michigan University.
