John Earl has a wealth of experience in various roles throughout their career. John started their career at Electronic Data Systems as a Recruiter, where they sourced and hired data processing professionals. John then moved on to COMSYS/Cutler Williams, where they served as the Vice President of Sales and Operations, overseeing the profit and loss operations of a software engineering unit.

Following that, John joined ITech Consulting Group, Inc. as Vice President, where they played a key role in establishing the company as a leading information technology service firm. After completing high school, they enrolled at West Chester University of Pennsylvania where they studied Secondary Education and Teaching. John obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in this field in 1977.
