Alison Aitchison

Alison Aitchison currently serves as the Consulting Enablement Leader (HRP) at TechnologyOne since April 2018, having previously held the position of Senior Consultant (HRP). Prior roles include Senior Consultant at ABB Enterprise Software, where Alison acted as Functional Lead for HR and Payroll implementations in the Resources and Energy sector, and Project Manager - HR/Payroll at Hastings Deering, overseeing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX. Alison also worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Ventyx, focusing on HR and Payroll implementations, and served as Human Resources Manager at Bangkok Patana School, managing HR strategy for a diverse team. Earlier experience includes a decade at Mincom Ltd as a Senior Human Resources Consultant, engaging in various business sector projects. Alison holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The University of Queensland.
