Fiona Schwegler

Fiona Schwegler is an experienced professional with a background in bid management, proposal design, and customer experience. Currently serving as the Bid and Proposal Team Manager and previously as the Bid and Strategy Manager at TechnologyOne since October 2018, Fiona has demonstrated significant leadership in managing bids and strategies. Prior to this role, Fiona worked as the CX Design Manager at the QLD Department of Housing and Public Works from August 2017 to July 2018. Fiona's career at IBM spanned nearly two decades, during which various roles included Senior Proposal Design Manager and Change and Release Manager. Educationally, Fiona holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources and Management from Griffith University and is pursuing certifications in Training and Assessment and Frontline Management through TAFE Queensland.
