James Phillips

James Phillips is an experienced Customer Success Manager at TechnologyOne, a role held since 2018. Prior to this, James contributed as a volunteer at Marine Rescue NSW from 2016 until July 2024. James’s career includes significant experience as an Account Executive at Pentana Solutions from February 2012 to October 2017 and as a National Business Development Manager through contract consultancy for Sodexo and Emerald Planet from May 2009 to January 2012. Earlier in the career, James served as Sales & Marketing Manager for Asia Pacific at International Business Systems, which was later acquired by Pentana Solutions, from 2001 to 2007. James's educational background includes completing the Higher School Certificate at Scots Bathurst from 1980 to 1983, earning a School Certificate at Sydney Grammar School from 1973 to 1980, and obtaining a Master V in Maritime Operations from the Sydney Institute for Maritime Operations.
