Joanne M.

Joanne M. currently serves as Product Success Director at TechnologyOne since July 2023. Prior to this role, Joanne held various positions at UCL from June 2016 to July 2023, including Head of Assessment Delivery and Platforms and Examinations Manager. Joanne's extensive experience in examination processes is further demonstrated by a tenure at Middlesex University from July 2005 to June 2016, where roles included Examinations Office Manager and Assessment Administrator. Additionally, Joanne worked at The Broxbourne School as an Administrative Assistant and at Middlesex University in multiple capacities from April 1999 to September 2003, including Deputy Assistant Academic Registrar (Assessment) and Assessment Manager. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Westminster and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC) from BPP Law School.
