Shaw Innes is a Principal Architect at TechnologyOne, bringing a wealth of experience in IT solution design, software development, and technology transformation across various industries, including gambling, finance, and manufacturing. Previously, Shaw co-founded multiple companies, including FairDealFx and Leases16, and has held key roles such as Engineering Manager at Tatts Group and Director of Technology at Hey Lemonade. Shaw was selected for the 2015 Tatts Group Future Leaders Program and actively participates in the tech and startup communities in Brisbane, presenting at various events. With a background in technical and business challenges, Shaw excels in bridging gaps between teams to enhance organizational culture and outcomes. Shaw holds a Bachelor in Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology and completed leadership studies at Melbourne Business School.
