Harm Schotanus

Harm Schotanus is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security architecture and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Security Architect at Technolution since November 2021, Harm previously held the role of Security Architect at Fox-IT and contributed as a Senior Cybersecurity Product Developer at Bitdefender, where the focus was on developing a network detection and response product. Harm's career began at Nedap, where a graduation project centered on security solutions for IP-based communication was completed. In a significant tenure at TNO from May 2000 to August 2019, research and consultancy work concentrated on detecting targeted attacks and advanced persistent threats across various network environments. Harm holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Twente.
