Jan van der Wel

Jan van der Wel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jan is currently the CEO of Technolution and affiliated companies, where they are responsible for the overall management and development of electronics and software solutions. Prior to this, Jan served as the CTO at Technolution, focusing on technology strategy and innovation in Intelligent Transport Systems and embedded systems. Jan also founded Technolution in 1987 and played a key role in acquiring new customers. Jan has held various supervisory board positions, including at TNL, Holland High Tech, TMSi, and ERTICO. Additionally, they have been involved in the Economic Board South Holland, working towards the innovation of the region's industrial potential. Jan's career started as an Embedded Software developer at Brinkman Agro B.V. Overall, they have extensive experience in technology integration, business development, and innovation management.

Jan van der Wel studied Electronics at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 1979 to 1983, earning a Bachelor's degree.
