Ronald Bos

Ronald Bos has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and design. Ronald started their career at Philips Research, where they worked on a Master's project and completed an internship. During this time, they conducted research on memory consistency models and developed a simulator in SystemC.

Later, Ronald joined Yacht as a Software Engineer, where they implemented ELF object format and dynamic loader for the TriMedia Compiler. Ronald also designed and implemented trace analysis software for TriMedia Embedded Trace Macrocell (ETM) hardware debug traces.

In 2007, Ronald joined NXP Semiconductors as a Software / jr. Compiler Engineer, where they worked until 2009.

After that, Ronald joined Technolution as a System Designer, where they designed, implemented, and tested embedded and system software in various technologies such as C/C++, Java, and Python. Ronald contributed to the development of internal methods and tools, including the modeling of state machines. Ronald was promoted to Lead Designer at Technolution, where they translated business opportunities into technical systems and developed technical and personal leadership skills.

Most recently, Ronald joined ASML as a Lead Software Engineer TIS EUV (reticle-waferstage alignment). In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing a new software feature for EUV, which improved imaging performance. Ronald led the aligning of the multi-team design and integration- and verification approach, resulting in a successful implementation.

Ronald Bos completed a Year Course in Personal Development at 365 Dagen Succesvol in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Delft University of Technology from 2001 to 2004. Ronald also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university from 1997 to 2001.
