Brandon El Haj

Brandon El Haj has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brandon currently works at Technolutions as a Technical Engineer, where they started in June 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Client Support Engineer at the same company from March 2021 to June 2023.

Before joining Technolutions, Brandon was a Freelance Web Developer at Bduo Design from December 2017 to March 2021. In this role, they developed websites for small businesses, met with clients to understand their website goals, and created content inventories and user stories to determine site features.

In 2020, Brandon worked as a Technical Support Specialist, Tier II at CrowdStreet from March to May. Brandon provided customer service support, tested and triaged issues in the CrowdStreet application, and troubleshooted email deliverability issues in SendGrid.

Prior to this, Brandon was a Substitute Teacher at ESS from November 2015 to March 2020, where they focused on English Language Development. Brandon managed classroom lessons and activities and quickly problem-solved based on the classroom schedule and lesson plans.

In 2015, Brandon worked at RMC Studios as a Music Teacher, teaching private piano lessons and leading camps focused on music, recording, and performance.

From June 2010 to May 2015, Brandon worked as an Off Property Consultant at Maverick Marketing, where they scheduled tours, promoted vacation opportunities, and answered customer questions about resort memberships. Brandon also held a similar role at Diamond Resorts International® from January to May 2010, representing the company at festivals and events in Southern California.

Brandon's work experience also includes teaching English at Glossa School of Languages from August 2008 to December 2009, where they taught general and business English courses, worked with groups and individuals, and prepared students for language exams.

Brandon El Haj attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English. In 2015, they enrolled at Portland Community College and completed an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S) degree in Website Development and Design. During their time at Portland Community College, they achieved President's List recognition. In 2019, Brandon attended Thinkful to further their education in Full Stack Engineering. Brandon also holds additional certifications in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, which they obtained from Oxford Seminars in June 2008, and a Substitute Teaching License from Oregon TSPC, obtained in November 2015.
