Rick Collins has extensive experience in cost analysis and operations management within the defense sector. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors and CEO at Technomics, Inc. since June 2000, Rick has held multiple leadership roles including Technical Director and Director of East Coast Operations. Prior experience at the Naval Center for Cost Analysis from February 1989 to June 2000 involved overseeing cost analysis tools, ensuring technical quality in analyses, and managing significant cost assessments for Department of Navy programs. Earlier, at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) from April 1980 to January 1989, Rick supported various Department of Defense clients through cost research and development of cost estimating methodologies. Rick holds a Master's degree in Economics from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wake Forest University.
