Sajedul Islam has an extensive background in software quality assurance, having volunteered for Mozilla QA Bangladesh from August 2015 to February 2022, contributing significantly as a Software QA Tester by improving bug report quality and accuracy. Following this, Sajedul held roles at LEADS Corporation Limited as a Junior Test Engineer and later as a Test Engineer, where analytical skills led to improved communication between teams and substantial reductions in user errors and test case misclassification. Currently, as a Sr. SQA Engineer at TechnoNext and previously as an SQA Engineer at Adventure Dhaka Limited, Sajedul has demonstrated leadership in QA processes and enhancements in application performance, achieving high test coverage and faster bug resolution rates. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering from Southeast University and a diploma in Computer Technology from Mymensingh Polytechnic Institute.
