Kari Kokkonen

Kari Kokkonen has a strong background in the real estate industry, with extensive experience in various roles. Kari started their career at NCC (former Puolimatka Group) in 1989, where they worked in various positions focusing on research and development, development projects, and turnkey projects. In 1997, they joined Saraco d&m Oy as a project development and management consultant, where they also became a partner. During this time, they gained expertise in project development and management. In 2008, Kokkonen joined Technopolis Plc as the Director of Real Estate Operations, where they managed the company's real estate operations. Kari later held the role of Director of Real Estate and Services and then Chief Real Estate Officer, overseeing the company's real estate and services departments.

Kari Kokkonen holds an M.Sc. degree in Real estate and construction economics from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan (Technical University). Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Ownership & Board Work training from Boardman Ltd Helsinki in 2021.
