Filippo Maggi

Filippo Maggi's work experience begins in 2020 as a Master Student Trainee at INSTM - Consorzio Interuniversitario Nazionale per la Scienza e Tecnologia dei Materiali. During this year-long experience, they worked on various projects involving the synthesis of innovative polymer materials, particularly focusing on their applications in biomedical, water remediation, and electroanalytical fields.

In 2022, Maggi joined Exide Group as a Process Analyst Intern. This role provided him with valuable insights into analyzing and optimizing processes within the company. Filippo held this position for a brief period from February to March 2022.

Afterward, Maggi joined Technoprobe as a Process Engineer in April 2022. In this role, they demonstrated proficiency in managing processes related to photolithography, wet etching, plating, and sputtering. Filippo successfully optimized production parameters to ensure high-quality results and compliance with industry standards. Maggi also implemented FMEA analysis and designed DOE projects to identify and mitigate potential operational risks, thereby ensuring reliable, safe, and robust production procedures.

Filippo Maggi completed their Master's degree in Industrial Chemistry at the Università degli Studi di Milano from 2015 to 2021. The program was conducted entirely in English. In September 2020, they obtained an English B2 Certificate from the same institution. In 2021, they attended the Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) for a summer school program focused on advanced materials for the biomedical industry.
