Luca Carella

Luca Carella has over two decades of experience in the field of RF design and engineering. Luca currently serves as the Head of RF Design at Technoprobe, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to this, Luca worked at Thales for an impressive 15 years, starting as an RF Designer in October 2006 and rising through the ranks to gain extensive expertise in the field. Luca also has experience as a Test Engineer at Siemens R&D Microwave, where they were responsible for system testing of microwave radio link equipment and troubleshooting critical issues. Additionally, Luca worked as a Contract Researcher at Politecnico di Bari, specializing in VLSI/FPGA design. Overall, Luca Carella's work experience demonstrates their proficiency in RF design, testing, and research in both industry and academic settings.

Luca Carella has a comprehensive education history. In 1991, they attended ITIS M.Panetti, where they completed a degree in information science and technology. Following this, they pursued further education at Politecnico di Bari from 1996 to 2002, earning a degree in electronics engineering with honors. During their time at Politecnico di Bari, Luca focused on telecommunications for five years. In 2009 and 2011, Luca participated in short-term programs at CEI Europe in Barcelona and Copenhagen, respectively. In Barcelona, they studied high-speed PCB design for EMC and signal integrity, while in Copenhagen, they delved into the design and simulation of RF systems.
