Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a robust background in developing collaborative solutions for educational technologies. Currently employed at SMART Technologies since July 2010, Chris has played a key role in creating hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and various educational devices. Prior experience includes positions as a firmware engineer at SMART Technologies, electronics contractor at Science Alberta Foundation, teaching assistant at the University of Calgary, and electronics engineer at Grindcom, where responsibilities encompassed circuit design, software development, and electronic device repair. Chris holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
