Roberto Sala has a diverse work experience spanning over 35 years. Roberto began their career at IBM in 1982, where they worked in the Quality Assurance laboratories and later provided technical support for marketing. During their time at IBM, they gained expertise in digital electronics, product development methodologies, and product certification.
In 2000, Roberto joined Celestica as a Senior Project Engineer in the Global Design organization. Roberto was responsible for designing electronic cards, products, and solutions for customers in the IT and telecommunications industries. Roberto collaborated directly with customers and Celestica laboratories to optimize existing products and develop new solutions.
From 2006 to 2018, Roberto worked at S.E.M. Technologies as a Senior Project Engineer. Roberto'smain focus was on designing digital cards based on customer specifications. Roberto worked on a range of applications in IT, photovoltaics, and industrial control boards. Roberto also played a key role in the development of a 3KW photovoltaic inverter, including board design and product qualification activities.
Most recently, Roberto has been with Technoprobe since 2018 as a Probe Card Designer. Roberto'sresponsibilities include designing high-density multilayer test boards for electronic chip wafers. These boards are tailored to specific device characteristics and test platform requirements requested by customers.
Roberto Sala attended the Istituto Tecnico Industriale Statale di Elettronica in Vimercate (Mi) from 1976 to 1981. During this time, they pursued a degree in Perito Industriale Capotecnico, specializing in the field of Electronics.
